Hello!

I'm DJ, a Learning Experience Designer and the owner of Lightbulb Learning. I have over 10 years of experience in Training & Development across a wide variety of industries like technology, finance, and retail. I specialize in simplifying complex and technical topics, which helps me in creating lightbulb moments™ for learners!

 

I am currently a Training Manager at Akamai Technologies where I use learner data to drive sales and impact business growth. I also teach Learning & Development classes to new and experienced training professionals at Portland State University's College of Education. 

 

I have previously served on the Board of the Oregon Organizational Developers Network (ODN) as well as led the eLearning Development group and designed the curriculum for the Learning Community Cohort for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Cascadia chapter located in Portland, Oregon.
